Tauranga's fledgling downhill
fraternity are back on track after having the guts ripped out of hundreds of hours of work preparing to host next weekend's round of the national downhill series.
Tauranga late last year secured the penultimate round of the series and people were working around the clock to get the track, on the northern slope of Welcome Bay's Mt Kopukairua, completed.
