Andy Deuchars, Brian Thiel and Soren Eriksen have created in "Perfection" one of those really comforting, creamy, English-style pale ales that I just love to drink.
It is toasty, nutty and rich, with a masculine, malty flavour and spice-driven fresh, hoppy notes on the finish.
