Wanted by Tauranga police

At 16.15pm on September 23, this man entered Countdown Bethlehem and placed items into a bag that he was carrying.

He was with three females, all of whom were loading items into shopping bags.

A customer alerted staff to this fact, however the three females left before staff could apprehend them.

The man became aggressive when approached by staff and began to swear and swing the bag in an attempt to hit the staff members. The male then left on foot. 

Descriptions:  Male Caucasian, White Shirt, Black Pants, Black Shoes, Black Bag with White Piping, Early 20s, 5'4", Medium Build, Short Dark Hair.

He was with three female Caucasians all of large or solid build.

On Sunday the 23rd September a silver Ford flacon sedan drove up to the forecourt and stopped at pump number 7 at the Caltex service station  on Chadwick Rd in Greerton.

 

The male driver got out of the car and filled up with $157.13 worth of 91 fuel but left without paying for the fuel.

There was a female passenger in the front and possibly some children in the back of the car.

The registration plates TG1669 do not match the vehicle description. The plates on the front and back are the same.

Descriptions: Offender:  

Male/European or Maori / late 40's, Medium build / White Zip Hoodie/black cargo pants/short hair slightly bald.

Female European passenger with orange coloured hair.

On the 25 September, at about 1.45pm, this man (pictured wearing a black and white hat) has gone into the Tauranga Warehouse and put some fishing hooks and sinkers into his pockets. 

 

After being confronted by security he has handed the items over before leaving the store.

On 18 September, this man (with red hat) was at the Nevada Surf store at Bayfair.

Stolen at the time were two pairs of Nixon headphones from an unlocked display cabinet valued at $300.00.

Police also want to locate Leone Mereana Matiu (29). 

She has four warrants to arrest for failing to appear in the Tauranga, Hamilton & Auckland District courts for Breach Conditions of Intensive Supervision, theft and for driving whilst suspended.

It is believed that she may be in the Waikato, Bay of Plenty or Auckland area.
