Up to 80 aircraft taking part in the New Zealand Air Safari will land at Tauranga Airport on March 26.

Aiming to promote aero clubs, the tour will see more than 200 entrants stop for lunch at 16 airfields across New Zealand.

The tour will begin in Masterton tomorrow and finish in Motueka on March 28.
