Two people were taken to Tauranga Hospital after a collision on State Highway 2.

Two people were taken to Tauranga Hospital after a collision on State Highway 2.

The patients were involved in a crash between two cars at the intersection SH2 and Welcome Bay Rd at 8pm yesterday.

One suffered moderate injuries and the other minor. Both were taken to hospital.
