Tauranga teacher re-appears in court
Tauranga teacher Andrew Loader re-appeared in Tauranga District Court this morning, facing a charge under the Prostitution Reform Act 2003.
Loader has been remanded on bail without plea to re-appear in Tauranga District Court later this month.
He is accused of paying a 16-year-old girl to provide sexual services.
The name of the school Loader was employed by remains suppressed.
He is due to re-appear in Tauranga District Court on January 29, when it is expected he will make a plea.
