Tauranga teacher Andrew Loader re-appeared in Tauranga District Court before Judge Peter Rollo this morning where he pleaded guilty to a new charge.

Andrew Loader, 49, was accused of paying a 16-year-old girl to perform sexual services for him.

The original charge has been withdrawn and Loader has now been charged with entering a contract for commercial sexual services with a person under the age of 18, a charge laid under the Prostitution Reform Act 2003.

Loader has been remanded on bail and is due to be sentenced on March 15.
