A Wanaka plumber who is running the length of New Zealand to raise money for the Stroke Foundation of New Zealand will be passing through Tauranga this evening.

Western Bay residents can show their support by joining 38-year-old Jup Brown on a fun run in Mount Maunganui,
starting at 6pm.

Registration will be held at Moa Park on Valley Rd from 5.30pm -5.45pm with the run leaving from the park and finishing at Mount Maunganui Surf Life Saving Club.

Entry is $10 per person, all of which goes to the Stroke Foundation.

Tauranga business Craigs Investment Partners will be hosting a free BBQ at Mount Main Beach following the fun
run.
