Pak'nSave shoppers to see the light

Pak'nSave Tauranga is getting a facelift - a renovation job that will leave the popular Cameron Rd supermarket looking more modern and with more retail space.

Foodstuffs Auckland property development general manager Angela Bull said the store would be given a new-look frontage, with plenty of natural light.

"Customers will notice the difference in-store also, with an extra 561sq m of retail space and an expanded area for our fresh foods, including produce, bakery and seafood. The car-park areas will also be upgraded."

Nearly all parts of the store would be upgraded and the store would continue trading throughout, Ms Bull said.

"This is a significant investment in Tauranga and we are very excited ... The majority of the work will be completed by the end of this year."
