The latest fitness craze to hit the Bay is on show at the Greerton Village Hall tomorrow night.

Bokwa is exercise hidden in a dance sequence, where participants groove, shake and move in ways that draw letters and numbers with their feet.

The creator of Bokwa Fitness, Paul Mavi, has travelled to New Zealand from America, to train new Bokwa Fitness instructors and  take the exercise class in Tauranga.

Originally from South Africa, Mr Mavi now lives in Los Angeles.

Event organiser Carla Beazley of Rhythmz Dance Co said more than 100 people were set to experience this fitness
phenomenon.

She said Bokwa fitness was suitable for anyone _ all ages and fitness levels.

The class will be held at the Greerton Village Hall, Tuesday night at 5.45pm. Entry is by gold coin donation.
