Mustang fans win trophy - again

The Bay of Plenty Mustang Owners' Club picked up the Top Gun Trophy for the best club at the Mustang Owners' Nationals on Labour Weekend.

It is the fourth time the club has won the trophy since it was formed 10 years ago.

The Top Gun Trophy takes a number of factors into consideration including representation at the nationals, judges' views, participation of members and assisting other clubs.

An additional 10 trophies were awarded to the 14 club members who attended the nationals in Wellington.

The club will host the Extreme Automotive All-USA Day on November 18.
