Matata baby deaths not suspicious
The deaths of twin babies in Matata is not being treated as suspicious.
Police were called to a house in the Eastern Bay Of Plenty town of Matata on Friday after the discovery of two premature baby girls.
In a statement released today police said that as the result of post mortem examinations and interviews with several people the deaths were not being treated as suspicious.
The matter has been referred to the Coroner.
