Katikati P-lab fire: No bail for accused
Three people have appeared in the Tauranga District Court today following a police operation in Katikati yesterday.
Karl Rodney Goldsbury, 37, of Maketu, Terence William Jones, 35 of Katikati and Tracey Angela Farrow, 27, of Katikati appeared in court before Judge Alayne Wills.
Bail was declined and all three were remanded in custody without plea.
Police opposed bail so they could have more time to complete the scene examination and other enquiries.
Jones and Farrow are due back in court on December 12.
Goldsbury is due back in court on January 23.
