Heavy rain to drench Bay
A weather front bringing heavy rain to the west coast of New Zealand is expected to deliver rain to the Bay of Plenty as well.
The front is likely to move through the region later today and Tuesday morning, with 90mm of rain expected in the eastern ranges. People in these areas are advised rivers and streams may rise rapidly, surface flooding and slips are possible.
