Guilty for knife attack on dairy

A Gate Pa man has pleaded guilty in Tauranga District Court today for a violent attack on a Greerton dairy worker.

Bevan Peter Brown, 34, unemployed pleaded to charges of aggravated robbery, possession of a knife, and threatening to kill or cause grievous bodily harm with a stabbing weapon.

The charges relate to the aggravated robbery of the Colorado Dairy on Cameron Rd on the evening of October 8, where Brown threatened the store assistance with a 20cm knife.

Brown was remanded in custody until he will be sentenced at his next court appearance on December 19.
