Future of mussel plant uncertain
There has been no development in the situation facing North Island Mussel Processors (NIMPL), which has been placed into receivership.
More than 200 jobs could be lost at the $23 million Greerton plant, the largest in New Zealand.
But for now, things were operating like business as usual.
A spokeswoman for the receivers said there had been no decisions made yet, after the announcement of receivership last week.
