Former teacher sentenced for watching teen sex
A former senior Otumoetai College teacher who confessed to paying to watch teenagers have sex has been sentenced today.
Andrew Loader was ordered to 100 hours community work when he appeared in Tauranga District Court this morning.
Judge Paul Geoghegan said he took into account the idea came from the male teenager involved and that Mr Loader did not believe the girl was underage.
The girl involved was 16 at the time.
Mr Loader admitted paying $240 to twice watch the two teens have sex.
