Firefighters called to oven fire

Firefighters were called to help put out an oven fire in a Tauranga home.

A fire service nothern communications spokesperson said firefighters had responded to a call to an oven fire at a home on Neil Place.

She said the fire was very minor.

One appliance is still at the house helping to air it out.
