Fire in Waihi College classroom
A classroom at Waihi College has been badly damaged by fire this morning.
A Fire Service spokesperson said crews were called to the school about 10.34am.
She said the classroom was "well involved" in fire when crews arrived.
The fire has since been contained and crews are now dampening down hotspots, she said.
No one was injured in the blaze.
Fire safety officers are investigating the cause of the fire.
