Event closes roads
Some roads will be closed on Monday for the REAL Women's Duathlon/Triathlon. Salisbury Avenue, The Mall, Adams Avenue and Marine Parade will be closed from 6am until midday.
The affected roads will reopen progressively from about 10.30am as participants pass through each area.
The last areas are expected to reopen about midday.
Detours will be in place to provide access to the Salisbury Wharf area during the event.
