Elderly critical after Hamilton crash
An elderly couple has been rushed to hospital after a crash at Puketaha near Hamilton this morning.
One of the duo is in a critical condition while the other has suffered serious injuries, ambulance northern communications team manager Nicky Green said.
The Serious Crash Unit is setting up diversions around the intersection of Holland and Telephone roads after the two vehicle crash about 10.15am.
The injured elderly couple, who were both in the same car, have been taken to Waikato Hospital.
