Drink driver jailed for six months
Drink driver Inderjit Mann, from Katikati, has been jailed for six months after crashing into a garden rail at a local shop.
Mann, 26, was caught driving drunk on SH2, Katikati on December 2 with a breath alcohol of 1165 micrograms of alcohol per litre of breath, almost three times the adult legal limit of 400mcgs.
He was disqualified from driving for a minimum of 18 months and ordered to pay $480 reparation.
