Concerns are growing for missing Rotorua teenager Nikita Robson.

Detective Sergeant John Wilson of the Rotorua police said Nikita was 15-years-old and was last seen on November 17.

He said police wanted help from members of the public to find her.

Mr Wilson said Nikita was 175cm tall, of medium build and had brown eyes and brown hair.

He said Nikita was last seen about 8am on November 17 when she was dropped off in Rotorua's central city by friends.

"Police and family members are concerned for Nikita's well being, although police believe she has gone missing of her own accord,'' Mr Wilson said.

She has links to the Whakatane and Auckland areas.

Anyone with information about where Nikita is should contact the Rotorua police on (07) 348 0099.
