Otumoetai College former head student Antony Jeffares has been awarded a Georgia Rotary Scholarship to study Music at Augusta State University in America.

Antony was nominated by the Rotary Club of Otumoetai for the scholarship, which was open to students worldwide between the ages of 18 and 25.

Antony is studying a Bachelor in Music, majoring in jazz at Auckland University.
